THE TABLE WAS ALREADY THERE.

Long before The Coherent Dialogue had a name, there was the table.

Our Story

The Heritage

Long before The Coherent Dialogue had a name, there was the table.

Growing up in Curaçao, gathering was woven into the rhythm of life. Around tables, in homes and across generations, people came together through food, music, conversation, celebration and loss. Different languages filled the room. Stories, traditions and ways of seeing the world travelled from one person to another.

It was more than gathering. It was how we encountered one another. How we experienced one another. How we made room for one another. How we lived together.

our Philosophy

The quality of our lives, our relationships, our leadership, and the experiences we create for others begins with the dialogue we have within.

IT WAS HOW WE ENCOUNTERED ONE ANOTHER.
HOW WE MADE ROOM FOR ONE ANOTHER.
HOW WE LIVED TOGETHER.

A Way Of Seeing

Over the years, my work has taken me through different industries, disciplines and rooms. 14 years building a fashion brand, entrepreneurship, creative direction, strategy, service, working across industries and environments.

Moving between these worlds shaped the way I see. I became an observer of people and culture; of how we relate and communicate, how we welcome and serve, what is said and what remains unspoken, and how the conditions around us shape the way we experience one another.

Again and again, I found myself returning to the same questions: What do we bring into the room? What shapes the quality of the dialogue between us? And what changes when we become more intentional about both? Because the quality of our dialogue does more than shape what is said. It shapes what can be heard, understood, questioned, imagined and created between us.

“The future is shaped by those who dare to bring the fullness of who they are into the room, stay curious about what could emerge, audacious enough to leave an imprint long after they have left the room.”

The Inquiry

WHAT DO YOU BRING INTO THE ROOM?™

Not only what we say, but what enters the room with us. Our ways of seeing, cultural references, lived experiences, observations, knowledge, imagination and ideas.
And not only what we bring, but the condition from which we bring it.
Because how we enter the room shapes how we encounter one another, and ultimately, the experience we create for others.

Two Discipline . One Room

Jureska Estachia

Founder . Creative Director

Curaçao-born and Netherlands-based, I have been gathering people for as long as I can remember.

As a young girl, I had two dreams: to become a fashion designer and to build a house where people could gather, bring their ideas and create together.

That instinct followed me into adulthood. I brought people together through church home groups, opened my home, hosted around the table, and created spaces where conversation and connection could unfold. Whether one-on-one or collectively around the table, being with people is where my heart is.

The Coherent Dialogue is where so many parts of my life now come together. My love for people, ideas, culture, creativity, conversation and hosting under one roof.

In many ways, I am building the house I imagined all those years ago.

WHAT I NOTICE
What is said. What remains unspoken. The atmosphere of a room. How people encounter one another.

WHAT I'M CURIOUS ABOUT
Culture. Human behaviour. Service. Art. The ways we gather. What happens when different worlds meet.

WHAT I BELIEVE
The quality of our dialogue shapes the experiences we create for others.

Shannon Pandt

Also born and based in Curaçao, Shannon Pandt brings a different discipline into the world of The Coherent Dialogue.
We met at Playa Kalki, where Shannon runs his own massage practice at the beach club. What began as conversation revealed a natural connection between two different ways of working: my inquiry into what we bring into the room, and Shannon's attention to the body and the condition from which we enter it.

Through Restorative Massage, Shannon brings his experience, wisdom and grounded presence into the work, creating space to slow down, restore and reconnect with the body.

Two different disciplines. One shared curiosity about what becomes possible when we pay attention to both what we bring, and the condition from which we bring it.

"I believe in the beauty of co-creation. When every person brings their gift to the table, rooted in respect, purpose and presence, something greater becomes possible".

BUILT IN COLLABORATION

The Coherent Dialogue is not a world I want to build alone. I believe some of the most interesting things happen when different crafts, cultures and people come together.  Each bringing their own knowledge, practice, history and way of seeing.

From makers and chefs to photographers, designers, writers, thinkers, hosts and other craftspeople, I want The Coherent Dialogue to be a place where different disciplines can meet, contribute and create something that could not have existed in quite the same way alone.

The Coherent Dialogue is not a world I want to build alone.

CRAFT · CULTURE · PEOPLE
DIVERSITY. RICH HISTORIES. WHAT MIGHT EMERGE.
